We collect only what we need to help you travel: your name, mobile number, email if you sign in with Google, and the trip details you enter.

What we store

• Your profile: name, phone, email, home city, avatar.
• Trips you create or join, itinerary items, and expense records.
• Booking history with A2B and partner merchants.
• Verification codes (hashed, never plain-text) and login timestamps.

Who we share with

Only the merchants and transport providers you book with, and only the details they need to serve you (name, contact, headcount, arrival time). We never sell your data.

SMS & WhatsApp

We send verification codes and booking confirmations by SMS via BulkSMS. If you opt in, we may send trip reminders on WhatsApp. You can opt out any time in your profile.

Your rights (POPIA)

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email privacy@assembleapp.co.
